Final deliverables are governed by mutually approved project agreements.

Clients agree to complete payments according to the agreed payment schedule. Important Payment Terms:

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Sridix Technology LLP retains ownership of internal frameworks, reusable components, development methodologies, and proprietary systems

Ownership transfer of final project deliverables may occur only after complete payment clearance.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements
• Supplying necessary content and assets
• Reviewing deliverables within reasonable timelines
• Maintaining legal rights to submitted materials

Any delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect project delivery timelines.

Sridix Technology LLP respects client confidentiality and handles business information professionally. We do not intentionally disclose business ideas, technical documentation, source code, credentials, or strategic information.

Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary development processes and internal systems shared during collaboration.

Projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software platforms. Sridix Technology LLP is not responsible for:

• Downtime from third-party services
• API policy changes
• External platform restrictions
• Third-party pricing updates
• Service discontinuation by external providers

Clients may also discontinue services according to mutually agreed project terms.
